Pepe and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable and coordinated. Pepe has directed thousands of flights so I felt like I was in safe hands. The flight itself was so peaceful and amazingly beautiful. The balloon itself is a dream come true and flying over Segovia was very special. I would do it again anytime! This company has a great reputation for good reason. Don’t forget to tip your workers when you go. They work very hard!

Amazing day and experience. Jose and his crew were absolutely brilliant. They explained everything in Spanish and English. What I hadn't appreciated was how gentle and smooth a balloon ride is at all times. No bumps or sways. And it is so peaceful up there. One big tick on our bucket list. Thank you to the Eolofly team.

This was my wife’s and myself first time ever doing this. The Balloon ride was great, our pilot Salala was super nice and flew that balloon like a professional pilot. Our Driver Emanuel was also fantastic. He stopped to make sure we got some coffee and used the bathroom and was very nice and personable. I would highly recommend them if this is something you want to do

Absolutely unforgettable!! The hot air balloon ride was breathtaking and felt completely safe from start to finish. I was one who thought it was dangerous, but our Pilot Pericles was the best and made sure we were complete safe. Pericles and staff are true experts—professional, friendly, and reassuring throughout the entire experience. Pericles has done this for more than 20 years. I really liked that at after we landed, Pericles shared with us History of the Hot Air Ballon and we had a toast with champagne and a "tabla". They included my 8 year old son in all the process from the start to folding and packing the balloon. He definitely loved it. The views of Segovia from up are just priceless. A must do if you ever visit Spain. I can’t recommend this adventure enough! Truly, we got the best team!

10/10 recommend doing this! The flight was smooth, calm, and fun! The landing was surprisingly smooth too! You don’t feel movement. I typically have to take motion sickness medicine when flying in a plane or riding in a boat but I did not have to for this! Such a great time and our pilot, Pericles, was awesome! We finished the morning with cava and treats!

The most BEAUTIFUL experience! Salah was the best pilot! I felt so safe, and had the most smooth and wonderful journey! The views were incredible, and at the end of the journey, they surprised us with a nice little picnic. It was the perfect amount of time in the hot air balloon, and it was an unforgettable experience! Thank you all so much!
