Aerotours Guadarrama

Flying in a hot air balloon is an exceptional experience and I really enjoyed it. However 160€ per person seems very expensive for one hour at 300 meters (altitude limitation due to Madrid air traffic) and there is not much to see there: houses, highway, trees, fields. We were 12 people squeezed in the basket. There were 4 balloons, 2 were driven by students, one of them had issues controlling the balloon and he went on top of a town part of his journey instead of the countryside. The day before, the pilote forgot to tell us to come with warm clothing as temperatures had dropped... so my girlfriend spent most of the flight frozen. Still this was a great experience. It may be better in the countryside, far from Madrid with no low altitude limitations.

Such an amazing way to see Segovia! The guides were all very helpful and the communication regarding the pickup was prompt and detailed. Thank you so much for the incredible experience!

The sunrise balloon ride is so worth waking up at 0600 and driving an hour to Segovia!

Aerotours Segovia balloon flight was an incredible experience. My original date the weather wasn't ideal but they were in contact in advance to rebook me to a more suitable day. The balloon flight itself was stunning, the team were beyond wonderful.

We just had a fantastic experience today up in our first hot air balloon ride. This company is primo. Everything so organized and ready to go. Very interesting seeing it all come together so we can lift off. The pilot is very good,so personable and loves what he does. They all really work hard and make it a perfect experience. We landed almost on a dime then after the balloon was all packed up in record time,we went to a park for breakfast and champagne. It could not have been a more exciting or fantastic experience, would go every day if I didn't live in South Dakota,USA!

This tour company failed to show up at the confirmed pick up time of 6:30am. They say they sent the driver at 610 and that we no showed the tour. We were down in the lobby at 6:23 am and the hotel said no one came in to the hotel and they didn't see anyone from the tour company at all. Now they are refusing to refund our money and they are saying that we didn't show up for the driver. We were in the lobby before the confirmed pick up time but the tour company is saying that they moved the pick up time to 610am. They never told us the time was being moved. DO NOT USE THIS TOUR COMPANY!!!

Safe & brilliant. Highly recommend ride over Segovia.
