Globos Boreal - Balloon Rides Segovia, Madrid and Toledo

The entire experience was a 15/10. The balloon staff/other passengers didn’t speak much English, however our lead, Daniel, consistently translated everything relevant for us, which helped make us feel much more involved in the experience. Sarah, our driver, was extremely personable, prompt, and friendly and even allowed us some extra time to tour Segovia after our balloon ride, which was not required but definitely a special bonus for our crew. All in all, from the trip up from Madrid, the take off in the balloon, the ride in the balloon, the trip down in the ballon and the drive back to Madrid, everything was spectacular and wonderful. Definitely a special way to see Segovia and make some memorable moments with friends/family.We each felt extremely safe the entire time and would recommend everybody to share the experience from the skies!!! Much respect and a huge thanks from Texas!!!!

Most peaceful and therapeutic experience, thats how I felt the whole time! Roman was amazing since the beginning when he picked us up and the rest of the team (Manfred and Fermin) were super kind and gave excellent instructions making everyone feel super comfortable!

Where to start? This excursion added another check to my bucket list and did not disappoint. The staff were great and informative. I felt safe and had so much fun. The video we received unexpectedly a few days later was such a nice surprise. 10/10 recommend (pictured: getting ready for take off)

It was our first time on a hotair balloon and was such an amazing expirience! Daniel our pilot was incredible and the whole staff super nice with us! When we took off it was cloudy above Segovia but this made the ride way more special we went into the clouds and the above them making an espectacular landscape for watching the sunrise
